Making Money
First, we can't always rely on the schools alone to get our children's needs met. We need outside resources too. We want to send our children to Super Saturday classes and to summer workshops for gifted children. We may also need special lessons for our children. A child who is a musical prodigy needs more than a music program in a public school can offer. Those cost money. Second, many gifted kids love to read and it can be difficult to keep up with their need for new books. Toys can be an even bigger problem. Gifted children don't usually like the same toys other children like, or the children tire of them after only a day or two. The kinds of toys gifted kids like aren't usually cheap. Just look at some of the prices of the toys here that appeal to our kids! As I said, it takes money to raise a gifted child. It can be heart breaking to see your child not get what he or she needs because you don't have enough money to pay for the extra programs or lessons that are so essential. I was always looking for ways to make a little extra money, but most of them were much too time-consuming or required a great deal of financial investment. We've all heard the saying that you have to have money to make money, but we've all also heard stories of people who have become rich by starting a business on a shoe string budget. The programs recommended here can help you get some extra money to help pay for the books, toys, and educational programs your child needs. They explain how to start your own business with no experience and no money. Of course, you do have to spend money on the programs, but the they are worth the price. You don't have to quit your job. You don't have to get a loan. You don't have to ignore your kids! (Not that it would be easy to ignore our kids!) I looked for ways to make extra money, but everything seemed to me to be just a little shady. The programs recommended here are legitimate. You can make some extra money. You can even make lots of money. It depends on how much time and energy you have. My goal was to make enough money to get my son what he needs without having to get a second and third job. I didn't want to make the extra money at the expense of losing time with him. If I can do it, you can do it. And if your goal is to make lots of money, you can do that too! |
