Parents of gifted children often feel isoloated because other parents don't understand the problems involved in parenting gifted children.

National Gifted Organizations

You can find several national organizations that provide information and support for parents and others interested in raising and educating gifted children.  Several of these organizations have annual conferences.  Be sure to visit their websites.  Not only will you find information about conferences, but you'll also find more information on gifted issues.
